Alabaster Industries Silver Pichón challenges how, at 28mm diameter, small scale can have commanding impact and bridge the gap between scale, attitude and texture.
The exploration of genderless, small diameter, sculptural time pieces coincided with the desires of Alabaster customers for the iconic Silver Dove watch for a smaller wrist. A distilled vision of the iconic droplet claw case of the Silver Dove emerges from a floating sea of deep Bulino engraving. Referencing the golden era of Swiss dress watches made with experimental vision and jewelry techniques, Alabaster counts Grima, Giger, and Gueit as influences.
The Thistle and Vault pieces of this release will be limited to 25 units of each style. Each of the released units will be engraved and numbered individually. Orders will be shipped in first come first served order. Shipping will occur approximately 5-7 weeks after payment is received
